Maybeline Watershine 3D Collagen

Im now able to buy Maybeline watershine 3D collagen, In red,

cant see the difference with watershine pure,. They both have shiny/glossy finish. 3d collagen is for plumping lips which doesn’t benefit me coz I’ve big lips.. (harhar..) and yah, I’m having a hard time filling my lips coz it comes in a smaller tube (really for small lips, huh.. emphasize that..) but all in all im loving them both.. I believe collagen in the long run will help heal and prevent lines in lips..

Palmer’s soothing oil

run out of Palmers Moisturizing body oil and cant find one in department stores so I just bought the Palmer’s cocoa butter formula soothing oil..This is for pregnant women (I am not! Ok,..) Said to prevent formation of stretch mark by aiding itching (scratching is said to be one of culprit) and helps in restoring elasticity so that when tummy grow and stretch the tissues wont tear.

Uniquely formulated to soothe, moisturize and soften dry, itchy skin associated with pregnancy. Combination of Cocoa butter, vit. E, collagen and elastin soothes and softens skin naturally while improving elasticity and firmness. The addition of Lecithin delivers further softening and soothing effects.

Other ingedients: canola oil, Beta carotene

Verdict: Smells just the same as their other body oil. Works well too in moisturizing. I love the fact that I comes in spritz bottle coz I tend to pour more than I needed hence the tendency to feel sticky.. It doesn’t have sesame oil or safflower oil but does have collagen and lecithin (sounds anti-aging, huh..) .. good as their moisturizing body oil,. Cant see the difference coz im not (duh..) developing stretchmark,.

Price: Php475

Would I buy again: Yup,. Collagen sounds better to me than sesame oil… well I’d just buy whatever is in store..

I cut my hair!

The shortest hair sported since 1996!,. .. Gee.. I miss my long hair,. But they grow fast,. I originally wanted a cut like that of Angelica Panganiban but the stylist says im so thin to sport that hair, and that I need to fill my cheeks with more fats to make that look good on me,।

I put on one layer of Pure Anada in Arctic Alabaster and swiped some Bare Escentuals Well Rested for a natural look.

Coverage is buildable without being cakey. Pure anada has light smooth finish that lasts the whole day of work,. Stayed fresh even without touching up.

Grabbed some sample size of foundies and finpows of all formulas.. my verdict:

For office or special occasion: Ethereal Formula since its creaminess and polished look are just perfect

For outdoors: Minimalist formula goes on smooth

I am yet to road test the elemental formula

Amongst the finpow I like the (for office and special occasion) Finishing touch and Ultimatte Finish.. cant tell the difference though.. While the I prefer the fantastic finish for outdoor use since its got oil control properties..

The Luminesse powder are amazing too,. Its adds a wonderful airbrush finish.. While the blushes really goes on lightly as if im blushing naturally..

Im loving Lauress that im getting myself a full size sooner…

Here’s a simple FOTD using Joppa Simple Radiance,. I love the fact that looks natural and light indoor and outdoor,. Goes on sheer on me,. Perfect for outdoors wherein I’ll be sweating buckets.. It doesn’t make me itch either.. I don’t use this for office though since I prefer to look made-up and polished at work..

Being the magazine junkie I am,. Saw this add again and grabbed one myself,

Bare Lashes (and skin at morning)..

One coat of Maybeline Ustoppable Shiny Black Macara..

Pros…

-Its cheap for P349..

-This made my lashes livelier, I’ve long and curled lashes already but I love how it made my lashes stand out,. It usually isn’t as noticeable when I put on heavy eye shadows..

- No spider legs look (which I really hate that’s why I (almost) never use mascara

- Didn’t smudge, and no raccoon eyes the following morning.. (I always get this with other brand no matter how I wash my eyelashes the eveing before)

Cons…

- Nadda,. Since I’m not a mascara junkie,. This one did just fine..

Will I buy again? Sure when I ran out of this..
